Overview
The Axler Recodo Articulating Monitor Arm is perfect for mounting and positioning monitors, LED lighting, and microphones onto a video rig for DSLRs or camcorders. This articulating arm extends up to 13 inches (33 cm) and offers flexible 3-point adjustment of your accessories with 360° rotation. Ball joints on each end ensure multiple angle positioning and a locking friction knob freezes the arms and your equipment in place. Two mounts, one for connecting your gear and the other for 15mm rod systems, use quick-release knobs which allow you to leave them attached to your rig, LED lighting or LCD monitor. This lets you set up quickly and tear down just as easily.

Articulating Arms
This arm offers three-point articulation so you can easily position your camera or video accessories, such as a monitor or LED light, off camera. Two arms extend up to 13 in. (33 cm) and rotate 360°. Ball joints at either end allow you to change angles and maneuver your gear into optimal placement.
Interleaved Friction Lock
Tightening a single friction knob locks the ball joints into place and freezes your gear in position. Accessories weighing up to 10 pounds (4.5 kg) will be secured with a simple turn of your hand. Attach a secondary monitor so you can view your recordings with a larger screen, and lock it in place. Interleaved teeth prevent slipping so your gear stays put.
15 mm Rod Mount
The rod mount allows connection to camera cages and rigs that use 15mm rod systems. It employs a single lever to quickly tighten the mount in place. And you can leave the mount connected to your rig so you can speedily attach the articulating arm.
Threaded Mounting Ends
The short 15mm rod ends on each ball joint feature 3/8"-16 internal threading, so you can attach 3/8"-16 threaded accessories or 1/4"-20 adapters.
Antitwist Plate
An antitwist plate makes setup a breeze. It's ideal for mounting your electronic monitor or LED light to the arm. Secure your video or lighting accessory to the plate using the 1/4-inch threaded stud, and secure it to the arm with the quick-release thumb lock.
