Overview
The Magnus REX Folding Camera Stand adds mobility and rapid height and angle adjustment to your camera setup. You can easily capture videos and photos while quickly moving, and repositioning without interrupting your workflow, which is an advantage over standard tripods. An ergonomic locking handle allows you to adjust the camera angle and height, and lock the stand in its new position. With the flexible three-section stand, you can shoot subjects overhead or at a low angle with just a press of the locking handle. Two-inch locking casters offer mobility to move around in a crowd to conduct interviews or capture moments at an event. Once you’re in position, you can lock the casters for extra stability. Shoot at eye level or capture overhead product shots with the stand’s 55-inch maximum height, or lower it to its 24-inch minimum height for children, pets, and creative low-angle shots. The stand’s anodized aluminum construction supports up to 7.5 pounds and can stand up to constant use in demanding locations. When your shoot is done, the stand collapses down to 23 inches, so you can carry it to your next location with the included carry bag or easily fit in a car trunk or overhead rack.

Quick and Flexible
Repositioning a tripod to change the camera angle and height can eat up a lot of time. The Magnus Rex Folding Camera Stand offers a three-section, two articulating joint system that’s operated with a locking handle mechanism. Squeezing the locking handle lets you quickly reposition your camera without letting go of your rig, and releasing it locks down to stabilize you while you shoot.
Easy Height Adjustment
The folding camera stand has a height range from 55 to 24 inches. Raise it to its maximum height to shoot at eye level, or overhead for product shots. At its lowest height, it’s ideal for children, seated adults, pets, or just creative low-angle shots.
Rolling Mobility
Two-inch casters make it easy to roll the stand around a room. When you have the right spot, lock the casters so the stand stays in place.
Portability
This camera stand folds down to a compact 23 inches, making it easy to carry with you to your next location. The small folded size allows you to stash it in an overhead rack when you’re traveling, or stored on your equipment shelf.
Extendable Leg
The stand’s extendable leg telescopes out of the front support. Use it to help balance your gear when you need to have your camera extend down over a product.
Improved Locking System
The improved locking system now has separate locks for both articulating joints. Since the locking system has been moved up to the handle, you have constant access to make quick height adjustments. This redesign also lets you set up and fold the stand more quickly, so you never miss an opportunity to get a perfect shot and get to a new location without delay.

The stand is made of anodized aluminum, which offers a durable platform for daily use. The coating offers wear and corrosion resistance for steady indoor and outdoor work.
