Overview
The Magnus GP-100-2 is a light-duty tripod and a great all-rounder for shooting photos and videos on the go. Use it with a small DSLR, camcorder, mobile phone, or even as a secondary light stand. Weighing just 1.4 pounds, it’s a compact and portable solution that offers a three-way pan-and-tilt head, extendable center column, and telescoping legs. Capture images on the streets or set up a secondary flash for fill or background lighting. The three-way pan-and-tilt head offers a quick-release mounting assembly with a bubble level to easily attach your camera and get shooting with 360° motion. Three-section aluminum legs easily adjust to the perfect height while flip locks quickly secure the legs in place. And the legs are reinforced with a locking brace, so you’ll have added support in light winds. The center column is extendable, so you can lower and raise your camera without readjusting your whole setup.

Pan-and-Tilt Head
The three-way pan-and-tilt head is an easy way to effortlessly shoot photo and video with 360° panning and ±90° tilting. Fine-tune the pan and tilt tension for smooth motion or to freeze your camera’s position. The mounting plate easily swivels into portrait orientation to quickly capture images at a different angle.

Telescoping Legs
Extend the tripod to a max working height of 41.25 in. (104.8 cm) without the center column extended. Three-section telescoping legs quickly extend for a speedy setup, and flip locks secure the legs in position. They also offer fast adjustment to the legs, should you have to set up on a multilevel surface like a staircase.
Quick-Release Plate
The quick-release plate comes with a 1/4-20 mounting screw that’s compatible with most cameras’ mounting sockets. The mounting plate is released from the head with the flick of a switch, so you can alternate between tripod and handheld photography in seconds.
Extendable Center Column
The extendable center column adjusts up to a height of 52.5 in. (133.3 cm). And you can increase the height without readjusting the legs that you just locked in position.
