Elvid’s SHOE-HD-MINI is a rugged, strong, yet low-profile ball head with a load capacity of 4.5 pounds that’s perfect for attaching a microphone, LED light, or monitor to a mini tripod or camera cage. This compact ball head’s all-metal construction and unique clamping mechanism deliver locking strength and rigidity to hold your devices in place whether you’re in the studio or on location following the action. The head mounts onto a 1/4-20 stud, and it will fit practically anywhere on your setup due to its 1-inch base diameter and compact height and depth. A 90° notch lets you switch from portrait to landscape orientation without interrupting your workflow.

This ball head mounts onto a tripod, mini tripod, monopod, or accessory arm with 1/4-20 threaded stud. A grub screw is included to mount the ball head to a camera cage or cheese plate.
90° Notch
Switching from landscape to portrait orientation shouldn’t stop your session. Use the 90° notch to quickly switch a camera, light, or monitor from landscape to portrait orientation. The notch also allows you to mount a microphone or LED light off to the side, so the accessory doesn’t get in your way.
Rotating Base
When the clamp lock is loosened, the base rotates for quick and smooth repositioning.
