Overview
The Magnus MTT-100 is a solidly built, compact tripod that fills the roles of mini and desktop tripods. It offers steady support for loads up to 4.4 pounds, so you can mount many different cameras and camcorders to shoot interviews, headshots, and portraits. Telescoping 3-section legs and an adjustable rapid center column make sure your camera is at the right height whether you’re shooting straight on or at an angle. And the center leg braces will ensure stability for the camera. The tripod is equipped with a pan and tilt head with a pan handle so you can capture motion as well as stills. Locking knobs let you change the tension and drag so your pans and tilts will be slow and smooth or as fast as you can turn your head. The quick-release plate lets you mount and dismount cameras for rapid setup and breakdown, and it’s hinged so you can change from portrait to landscape orientation in the blink of an eye.

Locking knobs let you adjust the tension for slow camera movement that’s smooth as silk, or rapid movement for following a passing car or a sprinter.
Telescoping Legs and Center Column
If you’re getting bored with a desktop tripod giving you the same angle for every shot, add or subtract some height and change the angle for more dramatic portraits, headshots, or interviews. The MTT-100’s telescoping legs and rapid center column will let you elevate your camera a full 2 feet above the desktop.
