Its compact form factor won’t weigh down a camera, and you’ll view the action in sharp and precise detail thanks to its full HD resolution. With additional wireless functionality, the SkyVision will be one of the most useful monitoring tools on your shoot. You can also employ the SkyVision as a wireless monitor or a wireless transmitter. Set the monitor to transmitter mode, and pair it with a SkyVision monitor set to receiver mode, and you can monitor your camera in real time from up to 500 feet away. The SkyVision app allows you to pair an additional iOS smartphone or tablet for real-time monitoring, which is perfect for accommodating a director, talent, and clients. Whether in transmitter or receiver mode, the SkyVision monitor can record image and sound onto an installed microSD card and quickly access it for playback. User-friendly on-screen menus make numerous scopes, markers, focusing, and exposure tools easy to access. And three programmable function buttons put your most frequently used monitoring and broadcast tools at your fingertips. To ensure a crisp and dynamic image with vibrant colors, the monitor comes with eight preloaded 3D LUTS. User-supplied LUTs can be accessed via a microSD card.
Features

The SkyVision monitor’s 5.5-inch LCD screen has a native resolution of 1920 × 1080. It boasts a 1200:1 contrast ratio and 1,000-nit brightness for superb resolution and precise color rendering.
Wired On-Camera Monitor
HDMI in and out ports let you input a signal from a camera or other HDMI source and output it to a monitor or recorder.
Wireless Transmitter
The SkyVision monitor can wirelessly transmit an incoming signal to another SkyVision monitor and one mobile device. Activating Transmitter mode enables monitoring in real time from up to 500 feet away, so a director or clients can comfortably follow the action when you’re shooting in a wide-open area like a sports field or concert venue.
Wireless Receiver
In receiver mode, the SkyVision can monitor the signal from a SkyVision transmitter up to 500 feet away in full HD resolution. Even in receiver mode, you can use the onboard monitoring and broadcast tools to get the most out of the SkyVision.
SkyVison App
Any iOS device with the SkyVision app can pair with a SkyVision transmitter and remotely monitor the camera. Ideal for clients, directors, and talent, the easy-to-use SkyVision app will put you in the middle of the action as you watch on your iPhone or iPad.

For precise color mapping to display vibrant colors, the SkyVision monitor comes with preinstalled 3D LUTs. User-supplied LUTs can be loaded into the SkyVision monitor via a microSD card.
Programmable Function Buttons
Three programmable function buttons let you create shortcuts to the most frequently used tools. This lets you quickly access broadcast-specific functions, as well as the features you need to fine-tune your image, with a single press of a button.
Recording
The SkyVision records MP4 format to a microSD card, and it can record the video and audio when it’s set to transmitter or receiver mode. This option can be used for on-camera or remote playback, and you can use it to back up your MP4 files.

The monitor is loaded with menus that let you fine-tune your image, adjust broadcast functions, and tweak the operating system to match your preferences and specific needs. The menus are fast and easy to access, and adjustments can be implemented without interruption as you shoot.
Peaking Focus Assist
One of the many functions that will help you sharpen and define the on-screen image, the peaking feature adds a color outline to high-contrast areas of your image and highlights the areas that are in focus.
